How is my licence delivered?
Electronically. As soon as your payment is confirmed we email your licence key and a short activation guide to the address on your order — usually within a few minutes, and always within one business day. Nothing is shipped physically.
Are these genuine licences?
Yes. Every key we sell is sourced through an authorised publisher partner programme, registers in your own publisher account, and is supported directly by the publisher for the full term.
What if the key does not activate?
Contact us with your order number and we will either issue a replacement key or refund you in full. Activation problems are the fastest thing we fix.
Can I use one licence on different operating systems?
For consumer licences, yes — a five-device key can cover, for example, two Windows PCs, a Mac and two Android phones. Business licences are Windows and macOS only.
What is your refund policy?
Thirty days from the date of purchase. If the software is not right for you, email support with your order number and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never see them.
